To answer this dilemma, we have to separate a procedure into two distinct categories: Clinical Standards and Aesthetic Preference.

Clients don't come to me to decide machine voltage, needle diameter, or hand pressure. That is my professional responsibility.
I choose the correct single-needle diameter for your specific skin thickness.
I calculate the exact 5% lidocaine application timing to prevent tissue inflammation.
I control the dermal depth so pigment settles without turning blue, red, or scarring.
These technical elements are non-negotiable. It is my duty to deliver an uncompromising standard of care, safety, and skin preservation every single time.
2. What We Work on Together (The Art)
When it comes to the style of your brows, my role changes from a technical director to a collaborative partner.
Yes, most clients book with URADIANT because they love my soft, hyper-realistic, science-led aesthetic. I will always share what is currently trending, what flatters your natural face shape, and what I specialise in. But if a client comes to me with a vision that differs slightly from my personal taste, my priority is to listen.

Explain the Outcome: I explain why an over-extended tail can break the rules of facial geometry—showing them how it might look aggressive or unnatural when they tilt their head or laugh.
Find the Anatomical Safe Zone: Most of the time, we reach a perfect agreement using our 2mm Rule. By lifting the tail just 2 to 3 millimetres higher—remaining grounded on the Superior Orbital Margin—we achieve the lifted look the client wants without distorting their natural features.
