To ensure your journey is perfectly tailored to your needs, we offer two pathways to beginning your transformation:

• The Discovery Session: Recommended if you have previous work from another artist or specific questions. You may choose a 15-minute Discovery Call (Complimentary) for initial guidance, or a Bespoke In-Studio Assessment ($50) for a hands-on facial mapping and skin analysis.

  Note: The $50 assessment fee is fully redeemable toward your final treatment.

• Direct Reservation: If you are ready to begin, you may secure your appointment directly. To confirm your placement in the sanctuary, a $200 deposit is required. Every session begins with a collaborative design phase on the day of your appointment to ensure the result is perfectly suited to you.

Deposits ensure that dedicated time and resources are reserved exclusively for your artistry.

To secure your dedicated time in the sanctuary and honour the meticulous preparation involved in each ritual, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking:

• Bespoke Assessments: A $50 deposit secures your private in-studio design and analysis session.

• Artisan Transformations: A $200 deposit secures your full treatment date.

This commitment allows us to provide the focused, one-on-one precision that defines the URADIANT experience. Your deposit is gracefully applied toward the final cost of your transformation.

We understand that life may require a shift in plans; however, we ask for at least 72 hours' notice for any rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time to another guest awaiting their transformation. Deposits may be transferred to a future date if the required notice is provided.

At URADIANT, each transformation is a bespoke artisan ritual requiring dedicated time and precision. To maintain our commitment to excellence and out of respect for our artist’s time and our waiting list, we kindly observe the following policy:

• 72-Hour Notice (3 Days): Any changes to your appointment, including rescheduling or cancellation, must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled ritual.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment once without forfeiting your deposit, provided the request is made at least 72 hours in advance.

• Cancellations & Late Changes: Cancellations made within the 72-hour window, or failure to attend your appointment (No-show), will result in the forfeiture of your deposit ($50 for assessments or $200 for transformations).

• Late Arrivals: To ensure the integrity and artistry of your results, arrivals more than15 minutes late may result in a cancelled appointment and loss of deposit, as we cannot compromise on the quality of your care.

For those with existing work from another artist, a Private Quote is required. As we must account for existing pigment and skin history, this allows us to design a bespoke neutralisation and restoration plan specifically for you. To receive an accurate quote, we invite you to book a 15-minute Discovery Call or a Bespoke In-Studio Assessment prior to your reservation.

The URADIANT Loyalty Refinement Preserving the integrity of your results is a lifelong partnership. Our signature touch-up rituals are exclusively reserved for returning URADIANT guests at preferred loyalty rates. These sessions allow us to maintain the tonal depth and architectural precision of your original transformation.

External Restorations (Work from another Artist) At URADIANT, we specialise in corrective work on previous tattoos and tonal neutralisations. If you have existing pigment from another studio, your journey begins with a mandatory Discovery Call or In-Studio Assessment. Because we are working with unknown pigment chemistry and varying skin history, a Private Quote is required to ensure a seamless integration with our techniques.

The Assessment Intent To provide an accurate roadmap for your restoration, we require clear, high-resolution photos of the existing work in natural light. This allows us to determine if a direct cover-up is possible or if a more complex neutralisation plan is required to meet the URADIANT standard of excellence.

We recommend allowing extra time to find off-street parking in the surrounding Paddington streets. Most nearby spaces are metered for 1 or 2 hours.

For longer rituals, we suggest arriving via the 389 bus or rideshare to ensure a completely relaxed and uninterrupted experience in the sanctuary.

For your convenience and to ensure a seamless conclusion to your ritual, we utilise a secure, cashless system.

• Credit & Debit Cards: We accept all major cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, processed securely via Stripe.

• Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay are available for a swift and effortless experience.

• Direct Transfers: Bank transfers are available upon request for full ritual payments; please contact the sanctuary prior to your appointment for details.

To maintain the stillness and privacy of our sanctuary, we operate as a cashless studio.

Your $50 assessment fee or $200 reservation deposit will be gracefully deducted from your final balance on the day of your transformation.
