Terms of Ritual :
URADIANT Sydney
These Terms Ensure That Your Path to Radiance is Safe, Transparent, and Beautiful.
A Foundation of Trust
To ensure your experience is as seamless as it is transformative, we have established these guidelines to protect both our guests and the integrity of our work. By entering into these rituals, we enter into a partnership - one built on transparency, safety, and a shared commitment to your results. Please review these terms as you prepare for your path to radiance.

Semi-permanent cosmetic procedures are a collaborative process between the professional and your skin’s unique biology. As pigment is implanted into the dermal layer, results are influenced by skin type, lifestyle, and individual healing responses.
Variation in Results: While we strive for precision, no specific outcome can be guaranteed. Symmetry is balanced to your natural features, and pigment retention varies by individual.
The Second Layer: Most rituals require a follow-up session (usually 6–12 weeks later) to achieve the full depth and refinement of the design.
Understanding Risks: By booking, you acknowledge the inherent risks of any micropigmentation procedure, including minor swelling, redness, and the possibility of infection if aftercare is not strictly followed.
-
The longevity and integrity of your results depend significantly on your commitment to the healing phase. To protect your investment and your skin, you agree to the following:
Product Restrictions: You must avoid active ingredients - including Retinol, Vitamin C, AHAs/BHAs, and chemical exfoliants - on the treated area for at least 30 days post-ritual.
Environmental Protection: You agree to avoid direct sun exposure, swimming, heavy sweating, and saunas for the first 10–14 days.
Hygiene: You agree to follow the specific hygiene protocol provided by the studio to prevent contamination or premature pigment loss.
-
Documentation is a vital part of our professional process and our portfolio.
Clinical Records: High-resolution photos and videos will be taken before, during, and after your ritual for your private file.
Shared Inspiration: You grant the studio permission to use these images/videos for marketing, social media, and educational purposes.
Opt-Out: We respect your privacy. If you wish to remain anonymous, have your features blurred, or opt out of public sharing entirely, please mention this in the 'Additional Notes' section of your intake form or notify us in person during your appointment.
-
To ensure a safe and respectful environment for our guests and staff, the following terms apply:

Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse or stop a ritual at any time if we believe the skin integrity is compromised, or if the client’s behavior is disrespectful to the studio environment.
Liability Limitation: The studio and its staff are not responsible for any damage or loss of personal property during your visit, nor for any dissatisfaction resulting from a failure to follow pre- and post-care instructions.
