Lip Blush :
The Endurance
of Radiance
Your lip blush ritual at URADIANT Sydney cosmetic tattoo is a delicate transformation. Understanding the healing rhythm ensures you feel confident as your bespoke colour settles into its final, radiant bloom.
-
Phase 1: The Vibrant Bloom (Days 1–2)
The Experience: Immediately after your ritual, your lips will appear significantly brighter and more saturated than the healed result. Minor swelling is natural, giving a temporary "fuller" look.
The Ritual: This is the most vibrant stage. Keep your lips hydrated with our recommended aftercare balm. The pigment is fresh and sitting in the uppermost layers of the skin.
Phase 2: The Soft Renewal (Days 3–5)
The Experience: As the skin begins its natural turnover, you may experience light flaking or peeling. The initial brightness will start to lift, and your lips may feel slightly dry or tight.
The Ritual:Do not pick or peel any dry skin. Let the flakes shed naturally to protect the pigment integrity. Continuous hydration is essential during this delicate transition.
Phase 3: The Muted Veil (Weeks 2-4)
The Experience: This is the "Ghosting Phase." After peeling, the colour may seem to have disappeared or look uneven. Your new skin is thick and opaque, temporarily masking the pigment beneath.
The Ritual: Stay patient. This is a vital part of the internal healing process. For Dark Lip Neutralisation, the underlying cool tones may briefly reappear before the final warmth resurfaces.
Phase 4: The Final Radiance (Weeks 4–8)
The Experience: The "Magic Return." As the skin fully heals, the custom-blended pigment blooms back to the surface. The colour stabilises into a soft, weightless veil that enhances your natural beauty.
The Ritual: Your true healed result is revealed. We will assess the retention and perform any subtle refinements during your Perfection Sessionto ensure a flawless, long-lasting glow.

Refining the Foundation - The journey to a perfected finish is achieved through a multi-staged approach. As part of your initial transformation, we include one refinement session for Lip Blush and two for Dark Lip Neutralisation. These follow-up rituals, scheduled 6–8 weeks post-initial session, allow us to assess how your skin has embraced the pigment - refining the saturation, perfecting the symmetry, and ensuring a seamless, luminous result.
-
The Life of Your Colour - When the full course is completed, your results can maintain their brilliance for up to three years. The evolution of your colour is a gentle process influenced by your individual metabolism and skin type. To maintain a constant state of freshness and definition, we recommend a "Colour Refresh" every 12 to 18 months. This keeps the shape crisp and the tone vibrant, ensuring your lips never lose their natural-looking vitality.
-
Preservation and Care - The enduring beauty of your lips is a partnership between our artistry and your daily care. Certain elements can accelerate the fading of your pigment, such as frequent sun exposure, salt water, and active skincare ingredients like Retinol, Vitamin C, or Peroxides. By shielding your lips from environmental stress and maintaining deep hydration, you preserve the integrity of the pigment, ensuring a graceful and long-lasting glow.
